Depressions of Harmony is a 3-minute video-art project that invites viewers to ease themselves to a subtle and enigmatic journey. In this introspective visual exploration, abstract particles and humanoid/monstrous forms merge, blurring the boundaries between reality and imagination. Inspired by the philosophical reflections of Althusser, the project subtly challenges conventional perceptions of identity, ideology, and existence. It redefines our understanding of identity, portraying it as a malleable essence shaped by culture, technology, and nature. Dichotomies dissolve into nuanced interdependencies, emphasizing the intricate complexity of life. The project delicately addresses our vulnerability, reminding us of our place amid a diverse range of life forms.
